Resizable and zoomable components
Create interfaces with components that scale and move together. AshLib supports smooth mouse-wheel zooming around the cursor, dragging to pan, and configurable zoom limits. Buttons, labels and images can share the same zoomable panel, with hover areas kept within its visible boundaries.

Interactive star system maps
Embed a star system map directly into a custom interface. Display planets, orbital paths, fleets, jump points and terrain, with zooming, panning, tooltips and entity interaction hooks. Custom pointers and coordinate conversion tools let mods build their own map-based controls.

Ship, weapon and fighter previews
Display detailed ship, weapon and fighter tooltips, same ones vanilla utilizes, that are normally not accessible.

Animated popups and dialogs
Build custom popup windows with animated opening transitions, borders and configurable confirmation controls. Reusable dialog classes provide a starting point for confirmation windows, sliders, communications and event screens, while allowing mods to supply their own content and actions.

Custom AI core skill pools
Define which skills appear in the skill selection menu for different AI cores. Mods can supply their own skill pools through a CSV configuration, allowing custom cores to offer skill selections suited to their intended roles.

Custom Command tabs
Integrate custom screens into the Command interface. Define tab buttons, their placement, tooltips and keyboard shortcuts, then provide the interface shown when a tab is selected. Refresh hooks and availability checks let tabs respond to changes in the campaign.
